Item Features
  • 1 in thick , 30 PSI Owen Corning Foamular 300 Polystyrene rigid insulation.
  • High Density Polyethylene Black UV stabilized.100 to .150 thickness.
  • Max load per Block. Single point load of 250Ibs/ 113 kgs. Dual point or StrutMounted Load 350 Ibs/158 kgs. Apply TRB-STR 10" slotted steel strut channel under heavy loads over 250 Ibs.
  • Space Block approximately every 6 to 7 feet along and if possible on all pipe couplings, elbows and unions.
  • Screw holes for #10 sheet metal screws. Block supplied with 3/4 in universal clamping strap for up to 2 in pipe. Top surface easily adapts to all types of piping clamps, clips, slotted strut and 3/8 in to 1/2 in threaded rod. All pipe fastening and adjustments done from bottom side only.
  • 1-1/2 in High Density Polyethylene top height extender, 10 in slotted steel strut, 12 in threaded, 12 in threaded rod, pipe rollers.
  • 9 in Overall length.
